Welcome to the machinery

In addition to the competence of our employees and our many years of experience in precision mechanical manufacturing, it is our machinery that makes the high quality of our work possible. We only use high-quality machines, if possible "Made in Germany". All our machine tools, both milling and turning machines, are equipped with glass scales for the highest possible precision. We use the latest high-tech CNC machines as well as older models in order to be able to work flexibly in any position. Here you will find a list of the machines we use:

Measuring equipment

We have various measuring devices from 0 to 500 mm (with a resolution of 0.001 mm), as well as from 500 to 1500 mm (with a resolution of 0.01 mm) for the most diverse internal and external contours. All measuring instruments are of course sent to us at the required intervals for inspection and calibration to ensure continuous accuracy. As with our machines, we also pay attention to the quality of our measuring equipment. Nearly all our instruments are produced by renowned German, Swiss and Japanese manufacturers of measuring instruments.

We can also check and document surface qualities with the help of perthometers, if desired.
