We can work with almost any material that can be machined. It does not matter whether it is soft plastics, high-strength aluminium alloys or even extremely tough materials such as Inconel or titanium. What counts alone is our experience in dealing with the materials.
Of course: Certain metals also present us with great challenges. The characteristics of a material can change greatly as a result of the smallest variations in the alloy stocks. But this is exactly where our strength lies. We find a way to deal with precisely this characteristic of the material.
Surfaces
Most components of modern products are surface treated after machining. Be it polishing, blasting with glass or sand (glass bead blasting or sand blasting), chemical treatment such as pickling or coating with lacquer, anodising or even gold.
